General Terms


  1. I consent to my child’s attendance at Cohort Kiddies Club and agree to comply with the expectations and obligations set forth by the club, myself, and my child.
  1. I agree to keep all contact, medical, dietary, and other information up to date on the booking system, as I understand this will be used by the holiday club.
  1. I understand Cohort Kiddies Club is a play setting and that whilst my child is there Cohort Kiddies Club is legally responsible for him/her.
  1. Once my child arrives at Cohort Kiddies Club, he/she will be in the care of Cohort Kiddies Club until collected and signed out by an authorised person.
  1. I am responsible for maintaining the security of my account and password. Cohort Kiddies Club cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from my failure to protect my login information.
  1. I may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorised purpose. I must not, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction or the UK (including but not limited to copyright laws).
  1. Whilst Cohort Kiddies Club tries to ensure the safety and security of items, I understand that it cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to my child’s property whilst at the club.
  1. If my child has an accident at the club, he/ she will be treated by a qualified first aider and I will be informed as soon as possible. If my child needs urgent medical treatment and I am unavailable, a member of staff from Cohort Kiddies Club will sign any consent forms necessary for treatment on my behalf, as stated on the club’s medical form.
  1. Information held by Cohort Kiddies Club regarding my child will be treated as confidential. However, in certain circumstances, for example, if there are child protection concerns, I understand that the club has a legal duty to pass certain information on to other agencies, including Police, Social Care and health care professionals.
  1. I understand that aggressive and abusive behaviour towards staff will not be tolerated.
  1. Once registration is complete, I agree to your full Terms & Conditions as detailed on your website.
Payment & Collection


  1. I accept that I am the ‘contracting parent’ and agree to make payments in advance via the online booking system. I understand that by completing a booking, I am obliged to make the payment within 24 hours of receipt of the confirmation of the booking email. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of your booking.
  1. Cohort Kiddies Club closes at 6:00pm. If, due to unforeseen circumstances, I am going to be late, I will contact Cohort Kiddies Club as soon as possible.
  1. If I don’t pick up my child within the specified time I agreed to on my booking, then I will be charged a late collection fee to cover the costs of the staff who are legally required to supervise my child.
  1. I understand that a fee will be applied for late collection from 6.05pm onwards at £1 per minute per child, and will be taken immediately from my account, or payable by invoice.
  1. If I do not collect my child by 6:30pm, and the club has not been able to reach me or any of my emergency contacts, I understand that Cohort Kiddies Club will follow its Uncollected Children Policy and contact Social Care.
Amendment & Cancellation


  1. I acknowledge that I have the option to modify or cancel sessions up until four weeks prior to my child’s scheduled attendance, without incurring any fees. However, any changes or cancellations made after this deadline are non-refundable.
  1. I may only amend or cancel my booking by emailing hello@cohortkiddies.co.uk
  1. Cohort Kiddies Club may cancel or suspend my account immediately without notice for any of the following reasons:
  • Failure to pay an invoice or late payment (payment delayed by 5 days or more).
  • Illegal activity involving or in any way relating to the use or misuse of the account.
  • Any activity which defames Cohort Kiddies Club or damages its reputation.
